i shall talk about my new class SEC 2 WISDOM!!!

i like my ft choo, he's a funny guy. always cracks me up manXD haha i like most of my current classmates too(: most of them are really nice, just a few irritating arrogant taoist ppl(i mean as in TAO or DAO or wadeva you like). all in all, i still feel that nothing is quite as close to my heart as ONE HOPE.

i mean, 2 wisdom is nice and everything with a wonderful ft, but some things aren't just quite the same as when i was in ONE HOPE. i still prefer to eat with my usual one hope lunch kakis(XD) rather then wisdom ppl. i feel more, how to say, at ease with hopians. it's not that wisdom is not nice or anyth. it's just a DIFFERENT FEELING altogether. i miss playing netball with my hopians(: i still miss taking neoprints and eating awfully chocs with hopians((:

i miss onehope and i LOVE onehope(: i guess i haven't "fostered" that special bond with wisdomese/mers yet, even if i do in future, still there'll always be a place for my SPECIAL onehope in my heart((:

it's my first class since coming to st nicks as a sec one, with the first friends i made since soming here.

Heart Attacks and drinking warm water....
This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attacks. This makes sense.. the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals...not cold water... maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!!

Nothing to lose, everything to gain...

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed.
It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food.

It will line the intestine.Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink
hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks: You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart
attack.

Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who
have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

HELLO ONE HOPE!

Time flies, and the year has come to an end...sadly. No more slacking off in class and being random (lol!). But worst of all, I'm gonna miss all of ONE HOPE next year. Having been through thick and thin, happy and sad, bored and enthu, etc, together, the thought of being seperated from you guys next year is kinda creepy. It's like being seperated from family! Like, sometimes I wouldn't mind being seperated from my two very annoying brothers, but it would be just so...STRANGE for them to be not around. IT'S THE SAME WITH ALL OF YOU!

Just wanted to say that I'm gonna miss y'all like crazy, and thanks for all the sweet, salty, sour, spicy, albeit sometimes bitter memories that we've shared. Hmmm, I don't think the salty, sour and spicy part made sense, but yeah (: Added that just for effect. And the bitter was actually bittersweet, but bitter fits in better as well...yeah.

Screw it, that was beside the point.

ANYWAY, my point is, ONE HOPE I'M GONNA MISS YOU! I really really HOPE some of us get into the same class next year, and most importantly, KEEP THE ONE HOPE SPIRIT ALIVE! St. Nick's would never be the same without the unique and original ONE HOPE SPIRIT (:
